All custom requests are reviewed and managed by the family and are not a direct contact channel to Benita.

• Submitting the form is an initial request, not an accepted commission.
• Subject, timing, suitability and available capacity are reviewed before acceptance.
• Price, delivery timing and final details are valid only after family confirmation.
• Requester contact information remains private and is used only for commission follow-up.
• Requests may be declined when they do not fit the site’s purpose or family/safety considerations.

No payment is collected through the request form while formal site payments remain disabled.
