After moving to a new neighborhood, Louis feels that his life no longer belongs to him. His parents become fiercely competitive, demanding top grades and a packed schedule of clubs and activities. Then he meets Maddy, who claims she has trained her parents to leave her alone. Louis starts thinking about how to reclaim some freedom, only to discover that being completely ignored may not be the solution either.
